The MoPub Marketing team is responsible for all aspects of global sales marketing for MoPub with the goal of accelerating and expanding adoption of MoPub’s technology solutions. In this role I provide strategic and tactical leadership for all of MoPub’s sales marketing functions.

RESPONSIBLE FOR the performance & development of the Mediaplanet operations worldwide (15 countries & 17 offices).

AIM execute the strategy discussed and defined by the Board of Directors / CEO. Expand the size of the business by growth of local operations and revenue growth, while maintaining the profit margin of the business. As the company’s strategy became heavily focused on digital (turning a print company in to a digital company) this has become one of my main focus areas. Ensure the full implementation of the new strategy on organization, people and product level. Within the last 12 months 20% of the global revenue came from the new digital products.

Based in: New York

RESPONSIBLE FOR four offices in North America (New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, Toronto (total 100 people). Approx. revenue between the 15 – 20 million USD.

AIM the control, development and growth of the business in quality, revenue and profitability. Reported to the CEO. During the execution of this role I delivered steep profitability growth (+20% profit). The main actions that lead to this result were: talent management, re-structuring the main operational processes and applying new sales strategies.
